• Bachelor s or Graduate degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Geological Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional designation, or eligibility for registration, with the applicable provincial professional association.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hydrogeology within environmental consulting and/or the mining industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Spanish language skills are considered an asset.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of environmental legislation related to groundwater resources, mining, environmental assessments, and water management.
• Experience with geological modelling software (e.g., Leapfrog), groundwater flow modelling (e.g., MODFLOW, FEFLOW), and/or water balance and water quality modelling (e.g., Gold Sim).
• Proven experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Ability and willingness to travel to remote project locations. International travel may occasionally be required.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada without restrictions.
• Professional accreditation in British Columbia, Alberta, or Saskatchewan is considered an asset.

• Provide technical expertise for hydrogeological investigations, groundwater assessments, water supply development, drilling programs, well installations, seepage evaluations, dewatering studies, and environmental impact assessments.
• Develop and interpret conceptual hydrogeological models to support engineering and environmental decision-making.
• Lead hydrogeological investigations involving groundwater and surface water systems throughout project development, operations, remediation, and closure.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Support regulatory hearings and provide technical expertise when required.
• Mentor junior and intermediate technical staff and contribute to their professional development.
• Assist with business development by preparing proposals, developing work plans, and strengthening client relationships.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and contribute to expanding mining and environmental consulting services.
