Norland seeks an enthusiastic Intern (Co-op Student) for an 8-month term to join the Copcan Civil team. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and field superintendents, coordinating projects and ensuring smooth execution. Your responsibilities include promoting safety, assisting estimators, and tracking project functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a safe work environment for all individuals

• Assist Estimators with bid lists and reviews

• Coordinate project functions like safety, quality, and scheduling

• Manage quantity take-offs and testing

• Collaborate with procurement for timely material delivery

Requirements:

• 3rd or 4th year Civil Engineering student

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Familiarity with construction survey methods

• Experience in AutoCAD or Civil 3D
