As a participant, you will learn the basics of card dealing, including Blackjack procedures, table management, and guest engagement. This training is mandatory, and attendance for all scheduled sessions is required to qualify as a certified Card Dealer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn card dealing procedures for various games
• Maintain table security and game integrity
• Manage order of play and betting rules
• Address disputes and flag irregularities to management
• Communicate effectively with operational teams
Requirements:
• 1 year of customer service experience needed
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
