Position: Slot Attendant and Guest Support Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of all slot machines and operations

• Verify jackpot payouts and cash transactions

• Answer incoming calls to guest services and provide accurate information

• Greet and assist guests, ensuring a pleasant experience

• Support execution of promotions and maintain facility cleanliness

Requirements:

• High School diploma required; post-secondary education is advantageous

• Must successfully achieve a Gaming License & Serving It Right

• Proficient math and communication abilities
