Deliver thoughtful financial conversations and front line member service as a Member Advisor supporting digital banking and tailored solutions.
As a Member Advisor, you will identify member needs, recognize life stages, and provide financial advice or referrals. You will assist with online banking setup, process transactions, and promote Tru Cooperative Bank products and services. Accuracy, discretion, and relationship building guide member interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Build relationships with current and potential members
- Identify life stages and recommend financial solutions
- Assist with online banking setup and digital channels
- Process accounts, cards, deposits, and other transactions
- Achieve individual sales and referral targets
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Two years of retail or customer service experience
- Sales and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office
