Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outreach services to individuals with addiction issues
• Implement individual care plans with multidisciplinary input
• Lead life skills workshops and educational sessions
• Report and observe changes in client health
• Facilitate positive client interactions and relationships
Requirements:
• Certification in addiction counseling or social services diploma
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong crisis intervention skills
