Mosaic seeks an HR and Office Coordinator for their Nanaimo location, reporting to the HR Manager. In this multifaceted role, you'll manage reception duties, vendor relationships, and support recruitment initiatives all while maintaining HR data. Your contributions will be vital in facilitating smooth operations and effective HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office activities and reception inquiries
• Coordinate with vendors for facility management services
• Oversee office supplies and assist with invoices
• Facilitate recruitment activities and onboarding processes
• Produce HRIS reports and manage employee records
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related fields
• 2+ years of relevant office and HR experience
• Experienced in recruitment and HR systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information with care
• Excellent attention to detail and Microsoft Office skills
