Information Technology - Support Specialist

What you bring to the role

You are customer‑service‑oriented, have a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a passion for helping others succeed in a technology‑rich environment.

Working with your IT department colleagues, you will deploy and support end‑user computing environments, devices, applications, and local area networks and help with improving technology support and security practices.

Your qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years post‑secondary education in a computer‑related field, 3+ years of experience supporting a range of IT systems in a Microsoft‑based network, and strong organizational and communication skills.

You have a valid BC Driver’s license.

Assignment
CUPE 12‑month position; 40hrs/week; $33.87/hr, supported by a comprehensive benefit package and municipal pension plan.
