Information Technology - Support Specialist

What you bring to the role- You are customer‑service‑oriented, have a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a passion for helping others succeed in a technology‑rich environment.
- Working with your IT department colleagues, you will deploy and support end‑user computing environments, devices, applications, and local area networks and help with improving technology support and security practices.
- Your qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years post‑secondary education in a computer‑related field, 3+ years of experience supporting a range of IT systems in a Microsoft‑based network, and strong organizational and communication skills.
- You have a valid BC Driver’s license.
CUPE 12‑month position; 40hrs/week; $33.87/hr, supported by a comprehensive benefit package and municipal pension plan.
