Microserve seeks a Service Technician for the Nanaimo area, specializing in HP and Lenovo product support. The position emphasizes both desk-side and onsite technical repairs while maintaining excellent customer relationships. It involves diagnosing software and hardware issues, enabling the technician to deliver timely solutions and superior service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to same-day onsite service requests
• Troubleshoot HP and Lenovo printers and computers
• Conduct diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance
• Manage client communication and service documentation
• Train clients on equipment operations
Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in computer and printer service
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Technical certifications considered an asset
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
