In this position, you will manage all stages of the project lifecycle, from onboarding to complex hardware deployments. Your expertise will ensure seamless communication between clients and engineering teams, fostering operational excellence. With at least three years of direct experience in data centre operations or technical account management, you’ll utilize your leadership skills to guide teams through resource planning and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee technical execution for client projects
• Manage hardware deployments and remote-hands operations
• Conduct 1:1s and resource planning for your team
• Ensure clarity in technical requirements between clients and engineers
• Drive account growth and operational success
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in data centre or infrastructure management
• Hands-on expertise in server hardware and cooling systems
• Familiar with ITSM platforms like Jira or Service Now
• Proven track record in managing project budgets
• Relevant certifications like PMP or ITIL preferred
