Dasro seeks a Senior Scrum Master for its client's AI-focused initiatives in Calgary. In this position, you will facilitate key Agile ceremonies, manage AI project backlogs, and eliminate impediments within a data-centric environment. Your leadership will promote continuous improvement and Agile adoption in a traditional corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with the Product Owner on AI-focused backlog management
• Remove impediments and manage cross-workstream dependencies
• Track Agile metrics for executive reporting
• Coach team members on Agile best practices
Requirements:
• 8–10 years of Agile-Scrum experience
• Proven leadership in AI or ML team environments
• Ability to lead in rapid experimentation models
• Work authorization in Canada without restrictions
• Active Agile certifications preferred
