You'll be responsible for leading production support and application troubleshooting for Kinaxis Maestro. This includes quickly resolving issues, ensuring data integrity, and advising on process optimizations.
Your role will also involve designing and implementing enhancements that improve user experiences and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert technical support for data and configuration issues
• Apply fixes to maintain high platform availability
• Perform integrity assessments for effective data sync
• Provide user support and create training materials
• Lead minor system changes and conduct testing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5 to 8 years dedicated experience with Kinaxis solutions
• Minimum Level 2 Kinaxis Solution Consultant certification
• Strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes
• Excellent facilitation and documentation skills
