Mosaic Network & Security Expert Needed

Join Mosaic as a Network & Security Specialist in Nanaimo, BC, and play a critical role in enhancing our cybersecurity measures and network infrastructure.

This role involves dedicated efforts to protect Mosaic's technology environment as part of the BIS Infrastructure team. You will support cybersecurity operations through effective implementation and administration of security controls. Engaging with stakeholders, vendors, and team members, your focus will be on aligning technology delivery with business objectives and improving resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee administration of cybersecurity across all systems

• Enhance networking infrastructure through proactive management

• Administer backup and disaster recovery processes

• Work with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management platforms

• Produce technical documentation and educational materials

Requirements:

• Education in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field

• 5+ years of experience with firewalls and security solutions

• Strong knowledge in cybersecurity technologies and networks

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Valid Driver's License required
