Job Title: Unit4 ERP Functional Consultant (HR and Payroll)
Job : 90577 Location: Nanaimo, British Columbia
- Support and optimize Human Resources, Payroll, and Talent Management modules
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and support pay runs through stabilization
- Configure pay elements, deductions, benefits, and collective agreement rules
- Create and maintain HR and payroll reports, forms, workflows, and access roles
- Review hotfixes and legislative updates, and support testing
- Train payroll, HR, and supervisor users
- Support and optimize Financials modules:
Procure to Pay/Inventory, Budget to Control, Expenditures, Fixed Assets, Project Life Cycle, and Record to Report - Create and maintain reports, forms, workflows, and user access roles
- Configure updates to existing modules and support new module rollouts and upgrades
- Review hotfixes and releases, advise on new functionality, and support testing
- Conduct system health evaluations and recommend improvements
- Deliver user and specialized training
- Gather and clarify requirements with finance staff and translate them into solutions
- Support Unit4 FP&A budgeting (a plus)
Salary/Rate Range: $55.00 -$65.00 /hour
