In our innovative Connect Centers, successful candidates will leverage at least one year of auto insurance experience. You will engage directly with clients to assist with renewals, policy changes, and more. Delivering exceptional service while meeting sales targets is essential in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct phone consultations with existing clients
• Handle various auto insurance services effectively
• Accurately record client interactions to prevent issues
• Initiate retention calls to boost sales conversions
• Offer additional insurance products from all divisions
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant auto insurance experience
• Must possess a Level 1 Insurance License
• Proficiency in computer systems is necessary
• Customer service experience is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent
