Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and organize incoming parts accurately
• Maintain and manage inventory using computerized systems
• Process customer orders and provide sales support
• Follow up on backorders and assist customers
• Ensure product quality and service satisfaction
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a parts department environment
• Relevant post-secondary certification required
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and parts
