As a Parts Helper, you will play a crucial role in the organization of our parts department while ensuring inventory levels meet the needs of our services. You'll coordinate shipping and receiving processes, assist customers, and perform various administrative duties. This position also opens pathways for advancement towards becoming a Parts Advisor or securing an apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize parts for easy access and visibility
• Monitor inventory stock levels consistently
• Handle all shipping and receiving transactions
• Foster good customer relations for parts inquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks as necessary
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED needed
• Heavy equipment experience preferred
• Knowledge of parts is an asset
• Forklift certification is advantageous
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
