Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various minor maintenance repairs as needed

• Ensure maintenance requests are completed promptly

• Conduct thorough painting and cleaning during suite turnovers

• Log daily accomplishments for tracking work

• Communicate effectively with staff and residents

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in the residential maintenance field

• Demonstrated handyperson skills

• Solid written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Pool maintenance experience is a plus
