Position: Maintenance Coordinator at Connective
Join Connective as a Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring a clean and safe environment in Duncan, BC. This role involves both maintenance tasks and administrative coordination to support our community.

The Maintenance Coordinator contributes to maintaining properties and ensuring compliance with safety standards. With responsibilities including minor repairs, liaising with external contractors, and managing schedules, you play a vital role in fostering a safe space for residents. You will report to the Maintenance & Asset Manager and be an integral member of our administrative support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior maintenance duties

• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs

• Monitor and order maintenance supplies

• Assist in dehoarding and clutter reduction

• Maintain schedules for planned maintenance

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education with two years of experience

• Skills in carpentry, plumbing, or painting

• Ability to manage time effectively

• Strong communication skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
