This role involves daily upkeep of a 71-unit residential property, including building maintenance, cleaning, and administrative responsibilities. You will conduct inspections, manage maintenance logs, and address resident inquiries promptly. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain common areas according to the Caretaker Maintenance Schedule

• Clean shared spaces as per the Cleaning Schedule

• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and support move-ins/out

• Ensure safety equipment is inspected and documented

• Perform minor repairs and manage maintenance documentation

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in building maintenance or caretaking

• Basic knowledge of property upkeep and WHMIS certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Physically capable of manual labor with safe lifting

• Willing to obtain RFABC Pool Operator 1 certification
