You will be responsible for groundskeeping, building repairs, and water/septic system maintenance, helping to keep the community in top shape. You'll play a key role in pool operations and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This hands-on role will keep you active and engaged.
** Responsibilities
* ** Responsible for the ground’s maintenance and landscaping of the property
* Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment
* Providing support to residence as required, such as firewood delivery
* Water testing and record keeping daily
* Maintaining the pool and spa facilities
* Responsible in managing and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systems
* Responsible in maintaining all Health & Safety aspects of the Community and Community Buildings
* Ensuring ongoing communication with Manager
* Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
* Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.
* Operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.
* Be prepared to accept after hour calls and act on emergencies as required.
* Other duties as required

* Education and Experience:

*** Clean Driver’s Abstract
* Current water ticket or pool certificate preferred.
*
* Skills and Abilities:

*** Must be willing to take water certification course at the beginning of employment.
* Must be willing to take the pool certification course at the beginning of employment.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs infrequently; ability to work at heights
* Excellent oral & written communication skills
* Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
