Position: Island Maintenance Manager for Seniors
Location: Ladysmith

Join our Project Development team as a Maintenance Manager and impact the lives of seniors through effective building maintenance. This role is centered on safety, compliance, and facility upkeep across the Island.

In this position, you will assist the Project Development Director by ensuring that all facilities are safely maintained and compliant with relevant regulations. Your expertise in facility management will be critical as you address maintenance issues, conduct safety inspections, and oversee the property grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement preventative maintenance programs

• Conduct thorough safety inspections on-site

• Monitor compliance with fire and health regulations

• Manage maintenance requests and work orders

• Ensure grounds are safe and well-maintained

Requirements:

• Relevant journeyman certification or trade experience

• Minimum 5 years of management experience

• Proficient in English communication

• Familiarity with MS Office and maintenance software

• Physical capacity for maintenance tasks
