Building Maintenance Technician at Marriott

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of hotel facilities and grounds

• Address guest maintenance requests efficiently

• Inspect properties for safety and maintenance needs

• Conduct preventive maintenance on major systems

• Assist with event space preparations as needed

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in facility maintenance

• Background in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical trades

• High School diploma or GED mandated

• Proficient in safety and emergency protocols

• Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks
