Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years building maintenance experience

• Guest-facing experience in the hospitality industry

• Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to physically manage tasks up to 100 lbs
