Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct routine inspections of common areas

• Perform maintenance and cleaning in occupied and vacant units

• Ensure timely preventative maintenance on fire and safety systems

• Assist with annual budget preparation and expense monitoring

• Manage documentation for maintenance and service agreements

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of experience in HVAC and BAS systems

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Strong communication skills for tenant interaction
