Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and motivate a team of drivers
• Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles pre and post-trip
• Handle all collections including special pickups
• Ensure accurate payroll and attendance record-keeping
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager for strategic planning
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business preferred
• Minimum 2 years in operations with scheduling experience
• Clean driving record with a Class 5 license required
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
