In this hands-on role, you will supervise transportation and warehouse staff, manage freight processes, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily LTL and final-mile delivery operations
• Lead and develop dispatch, warehouse, and driver teams
• Oversee inbound freight, staging, and delivery execution
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and transportation regulations
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in transportation or logistics operations
• At least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of freight handling and warehouse flow
• Experience with TMS and WMS systems
• Ability to manage KPIs and improve performance
