This position is responsible for a variety of tasks that are manufacturing or distribution based and may include assembling and manufacturing sales orders, picking products from the warehouse, shipping, and receiving.

• Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures
• Assemble products to company, customer and manufacturer’s standards
• Perform all product testing to quality standards as required by the customer and per company work instruction
• Receive incoming shipments into inventory, post in online system and place items in warehouse
• Pick product in warehouse and prepare items for delivery or shipping
• Operate mechanical equipment, hand tools, forklifts and picking lifts (if applicable)
• Assist with physical inventory
• Make recommendations to management with respect to product and process improvements
• Perform other duties as trained and qualified

• Interact with team members in a professional manner
• Have good communication skills
• Possess basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in units of measure
• Have basic mechanical skills including the use of hand tools
• Have basic computer skills preferred, including email and internet

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1‑3 years of related warehousing or production experience
• A high school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Ability to safely drive a Company truck or other mechanical equipment
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as required
• Ability to work overtime, as required
• Background checks and drug screening may be required (by Company, Customer or DOT requirements in working on-site and operating equipment as required or permitted by law)

• Industrial setting experience

• Work is based in a production and warehouse setting, which may involve exposure to fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), varying noise levels, dust and other typical industrial conditions
• Pull, push, grasp, bend, lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently on a repeated basis; heavier items may be moved with team assistance or mechanical aid
• Move freely throughout the job site, including on occasional uneven surfaces, for extended periods of time
• Work in a stationary position for extended periods of time
• Work at varying work‑surface levels and machine operation heights; move above or below workstations or retrieve items from various heights
• Ascend and descend ladders or stairs as required
• Comprehend and follow instructions and safety procedures; comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, inventory sheets, and procedure manuals
• Count, measure and record data accurately
• Respond to safety signals, alarms, and verbal instructions
• Inspect products and materials to detect imperfections, defects or irregularities and ensure quality and compliance
• Use mechanical equipment and tools, including forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery (training and certification may be required)
• Enter and exit a service vehicle and other mechanical equipment multiple times per day
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, safety glasses, steel‑toed footwear, hearing protection or hard hats, depending on task or site conditions
