Coastland Wood Industries Ltd. currently has an opportunity for a Red Seal Millwright to join our team in Nanaimo, BC
.

As our new Millwright, you will play a key role in maintaining equipment while focusing on continuous improvement to maximize production and quality in a fast‑paced veneer mill.

• Red Seal Millwright certification.
• Knowledge and experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, drive alignments, and conveyors.
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting.

• Strong problem‑solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
• Self‑motivated with high standards and passion for the work.
