Textile Feeder and Folder Position

Become an essential part of textile production as a Feeder/Folder. Engage in sorting, folding, and feeding textiles to ensure quality and efficiency in a production setting.

In this role, you will handle clean textiles by grasping, sorting, and grading them according to established standards. Your primary tasks involve folding by hand or using machinery for perfect finishes. Additionally, the role includes moving carts and bins throughout the production area while adhering to efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grasp and sort textiles from carts or bins

• Fold and package textiles by hand

• Feed textiles into ironers or folding machines

• Place finished products onto conveyors or in carts

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ability to recognize colors and sizes accurately

• Inspect and grade products as per quality standards

• Follow written packing instructions and directions

• Meet physical demands including lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Work efficiently in production environments
