Production Technician BC

Take on the role of Production Technician with a full-time position in Nanaimo, BC. This position focuses on manufacturing, assembly, and quality control while maintaining safety standards.

As a key member of the production team, you’ll engage in various tasks, including assembling products and managing warehouse operations. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, with responsibilities ranging from product testing to shipping and receiving. You will also operate equipment, handle inventory, and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products to meet safety and quality standards

• Receive and inventory incoming shipments accurately

• Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment as needed

• Pick and prepare products for timely delivery

• Assist with physical inventory and make process recommendations

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of production or warehouse experience

• High school diploma or GED required

• Basic mechanical and math skills necessary

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule needed
