You’ll be responsible for scaling and proofing dough, as well as keeping up with production demands. Ideal candidates know baking techniques, can handle physical tasks, and maintain high standards of food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of breads and baked goods

• Mix and proof dough according to standards

• Safely operate commercial baking equipment

• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times

• Maintain accurate production logs

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable about breads and baking practices

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly

• Strong ability to follow recipes and schedules

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments

• Food Safe certification preferred but not required
