Position: Asphalt Plant Operator at Amrize

Become an Asphalt Plant Operator with Amrize North America Inc., responsible for overseeing asphalt production while ensuring quality control and safety standards. This role involves equipment monitoring and process adjustments to hit production targets.

We are looking for an Asphalt Plant Operator with at least two years of experience, ideally with Astec. You will perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment, manage multiple responsibilities, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Strong communication skills will enhance collaboration with team members and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offload hot asphalt oil efficiently

• Operate mixing operations meeting quality specifications

• Ensure daily production meets required orders

• Manage scaling, ticketing, and asphalt orders

• Complete daily checklists and performance reports

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Minimum of 2 years asphalt plant operation experience

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications

• Previous experience with heavy machinery

• Availability for weekends, nights, and overtime
