Fabrication and Sales Specialist

Join our team in Nanaimo as a Fabrication and Sales Specialist skilled in sheet metal work. This role involves cutting and bending metal flashings to meet customer needs while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Your position will include fabricating custom orders while providing excellent customer service and maintaining shop cleanliness. You will work in a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts. Flexibility is essential as you will also oversee inventory and assist with equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut and shape metal flashings per project specifications

• Maintain efficient workflow and safety in the shop

• Inspect finished products for quality assurance

• Schedule orders and manage lead time communication

• Practice workplace safety and uphold company standards

Requirements:

• Training in sheet metal fabrication desirable

• Capability to handle weights up to 50 lbs

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

• Forklift operation experience is advantageous
