Feeder-Folder Production Worker

Your role involves handling clean textiles, folding, and ensuring quality standards are met every shift.

As a Feeder-Folder, you will take on the essential responsibilities of sorting, grading, and folding textiles. Handling machinery and meeting efficiency expectations are core components of this production position. This role demands physical activity and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a neat work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grasp, sort, and grade textiles from a cart or bin

• Fold and package various textiles by hand

• Feed textiles into ironers or folding machines

• Place finished products onto conveyors or in carts

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ability to recognize colors and sizes accurately

• Comprehend and follow written packing instructions

• Meet physical demands, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Follow directions from supervision effectively

• No formal education required
