** Job Summary
** Hourly Rate: $21.00

Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, the Production Associate will be responsible for performing tasks related to hand trimming. Functions of the job include:
* Hand trim product to internal standards
* Complete room set up, take down, change-over, and product distribution processes
* Complete required training, including any required quality assurance and health and safety training
* Report any equipment or facility system deficiencies
* Adhere to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to sanitation, cultivation, and processing
* Responsible for accurately completing appropriate documentation and records
* Responsible for promptly reporting any deviations from SOPs
* Responsible for adhering to safe work procedures and reporting hazards
* Complete relevant forms, logs, and other documentation to meet the requirements of SOPs and Company Policies
* Participate in company training on policies, procedures, and work methods
* Assist other departments as needed
* Perform other duties as may be required by management
** Qualifications
* ** Ability to understand and follow documented procedures
* Ability to follow direction and carry out tasks independently
* Great attention to detail & ability to work cleanly and methodically
* Must be able to stand and or sit for extended periods of time, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks
* Safe and reliable transportation
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
* Close visual focus required
* Great work ethic
