You'll collaborate closely with the Manager of Community Services and regional teams to ensure effective program delivery. Your responsibilities will include conducting client assessments, delivering workshops, and facilitating peer support groups. You'll also lead volunteer training initiatives to enhance community involvement and awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement services to meet strategic community goals
• Facilitate intakes and maintain ongoing client communications
• Provide one-on-one telephone support for those in need
• Conduct standardized workshops for education and engagement
• Oversee volunteer activities and training
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in a related health or social services field
• Solid understanding of dementia and community service dynamics
• Experience with volunteer supervision and community outreach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
365 tools
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Leverage your skills to create supportive programs that benefit those navigating dementia challenges.
