Chartwell is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to ensure residents receive high-quality services in accordance with their care plans. You will provide essential nursing services, manage medications, and maintain clear communication with both residents and families. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform health assessments and personal care for residents
• Administer medications following LPN regulations
• Maintain accurate health documentation and records
• Encourage family participation in resident care
• Educate Health Care Aides on best practices
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized LPN program
• Current registration with relevant LPN associations
• Knowledge of applicable health care laws and acts
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in geriatric or retirement homes is an asset
