Drive impactful change as a Licensed RN at Oyster Harbour Seniors Community in Ladysmith, BC. Provide top-tier nursing care in a long-term care environment for enhancing residents' quality of life.

In this Casual RN position, your primary focus will be on delivering personalized nursing care while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. You'll employ your clinical judgment to ensure residents' safety and comfort, with availability for flexible shifts—Day, Evening, or Night—to support their needs. Approaching care with compassion is key in our environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality nursing care through assessment and evaluation

• Administer medications following strict regulatory standards

• Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health status

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Park Place policies

• Offer emotional support to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Registered RN with good standing in BCCNM

• Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Excellent critical thinking capabilities
