Key Responsibilities- Develop and review personalized nursing care plans
- Conduct patient health assessments and medication training
- Initiate IV access and administer treatments
- Document patient conditions and respond to adverse events
- Follow company policies and provincial standards
- BSN or equivalent degree required
- Valid registration and valuable standing with nursing board
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experienced in acute care and specialty pharmaceuticals
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
