Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and delegated health services
• Communicate regularly with residents and their families
• Facilitate family involvement in care decisions
• Conduct routine health assessments and observations
• Ensure detailed documentation of health statuses
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Current valid LPN registration
• Experience in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
• Empathetic approach and customer service skills
• Knowledge of relevant health care legislation
