Key Responsibilities:

• Create and review personalized care plans for patients

• Conduct health assessments and offer medication education

• Administer medications via IV access and various techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent

• Active registration with provincial nursing body

• BLS certification required; ACLS for clinic roles

• Previous experience in infusion care is advantageous

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
