Carecor is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse focused on specialty pharmacological treatments. You will work with patients to assess their health needs, prepare medications, and monitor for infusion reactions. Collaboration with clinical leadership is crucial to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement tailored nursing care plans
• Conduct patient health assessments and medication education
• Secure IV access via peripheral or central lines
• Administer various intravenous and injectable therapies
• Observe and record patient conditions meticulously
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current provincial regulatory body registration
• BLS certification is a must; ACLS for clinics
• Experience in acute care or specialized pharmaceuticals
• Strong skills in patient assessment and IV access
