At Eden Gardens, a non-profit long-term care home, we are seeking LPNs to deliver hands-on nursing care. Successful candidates will have 1-3 years of experience and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors. You'll engage collaboratively with staff while contributing valuable insights to care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in LTC settings
• Administer medications and oversee treatment plans
• Monitor resident health and document care
• Support those experiencing dementia and cognitive challenges
• Work alongside RNs and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Valid LPN license in British Columbia
• 1-3 years of relevant nursing experience preferred
• Strong organization and clinical judgment skills
• Team-oriented, yet capable of working independently
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems a plus
