Nurse Next Door is actively seeking a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team.
This role offers flexible hours performing essential nursing tasks like wound care, IM injections, and medication administration. You'll engage closely with clients, ensuring that their care plans are delivered accurately and compassionately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care in clients’ homes
• Administer medication including insulin and IM injections
• Perform wound care and catheter management
• Communicate openly with Care Designers for best client outcomes
• Complete all care records accurately and timely
Requirements:
• Active registration with BCCNM
• Comfort working in clients’ homes for 1:1 care
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in Canada
• Commitment to quality patient care and open communication
