Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and document residents' health conditions

• Assist with personal and emergency care as needed

• Ensure adhering to infection control standards

• Assess health status and differentiate normal from abnormal findings

• Support staff scheduling during emergencies

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized nursing program

• Active BCCNM registration as an RN

• Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations

• Over 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care preferred
