Provide compassionate nursing care at Oyster Harbour Seniors Community in Ladysmith, BC. This Registered Nurse position requires delivering person-centered care and working collaboratively in various shifts to enhance residents' lives.
As a Casual Licensed Nurse (RN) with Park Place Seniors Living, you will play a crucial role in our Long-Term Care program. Your clinical skills will be vital in ensuring residents' dignity, safety, and comfort while working in a supportive team environment across day, evening, and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the nursing process for patient care
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health
• Keep accurate documentation of care provided
• Provide emotional support and education
Requirements:
• Valid registration with BCCNM as an RN
• Preferred experience in long-term care or gerontology
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to the values of Park Place
