Join EHN Canada as a Licensed Practical Nurse, providing essential care in a supportive environment focused on mental health and addiction treatment. Engage in patient assessments, treatment management, and medication administration across all shifts.

As a crucial member of an interdisciplinary team, the LPN facilitates comprehensive assessments and supports clients facing mental health and addiction challenges. This role includes administering medications, supporting recovery strategies, and working collaboratively with the Nursing Team and Physicians. Dedicated care and empathy are key in this position, which emphasizes flexibility across days, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and refer patients as needed

• Manage patient Detox scales as per policies

• Administer medications according to established procedures

• Conduct follow-ups with patients after assessments

• Offer direct bedside care when necessary

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in good standing

• Experience in trauma-informed care preferred

• Knowledge of mental health and addictions beneficial

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Valid First Aid/CPR certification and driver's license
