Nurse Next Door is looking for a Casual LPN to perform vital nursing responsibilities while enhancing our clients' quality of life. You will manage tasks such as wound care, medication delivery, and assist with various nursing needs in client homes, all within a team that values your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nursing assessments and follow care plans
• Administer medications and perform IM injections
• Create a positive client environment through effective communication
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with Care Designers to elevate care standards
Requirements:
• Active registration with BCCNM
• Willingness to provide in-home care
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
• Must legally work in Canada
• Valid driver's license
